Welcome to our humble homestead! Private space, in a quiet neighborhood, our little getaway from home, built by yours truly. Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

This is an 70s era cozy 2BR/1BA downtown apartment with easy parking. It’s private, so you feel like it's made just for you. The price you see is what you pay. It's priced for budget minded people, and it's on a busy street with street noises, so please keep your expectations reasonable. This isn't a luxury silent mountain getaway. It's in a little fenced-in area w/ yard, grill and firepit. Less than a mile to downtown, or the Arts District. Coffee, food, grocery, and parks all close by.

The ramp to the porch and private entrance as well as the handrail in the bathroom makes the home handicapped friendly. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtfully appointed dining/living room, bedroom and bathroom. You will enjoy a hybrid mattress that will ensure restful sleep.

We are located in the Pettigru Historic District and are just a 5 minute walk from Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 15 minute walk to Main Street. This is an upstairs unit (1 of 3 total units located within the triplex) and has a private, exterior entrance. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!

Please note that you will have to climb one flight of stairs to access this space and that we are a completely smoke free and pet free Airbnb.

This little ground-floor studio sits beside our home, located 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, and a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital (Prisma). It is close to amenities, yet has a country feel. Please Note: We don't allow smoking anywhere on our property. We don't want to endanger future guests who may have serious reactions to residual cigarette smoke. If you smoke, kindly choose another place to stay. We also do not allow pets.

The Edge on North Main

Located on North Main in downtown Greenville. This 3060 square brick house was built in 1925 and cut into 4 private apartments in 1945. You can walk to the heart of downtown in 15 to 20 minutes. One parking spot at the back of the house. Several restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Hot grill and food store next door. Free trolley pick up Thurs.- Sun 0.6 miles to The Hyatt Regency 0.7 miles to The Bon Secours Wellness Arena 1.4 miles to Falls Park

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment located in the Upstate South Carolina. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.
