Waihi Beach House Studio Unit

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.

The second Victorian themed bedroom has two single beds with quality linen. A fifth person can use the daybed in the living area, also with a very comfy mattress.

The cabin has 1 room with a double bed...a separate kitchen,which has a double gas ring cooker and fridge It is small and simple..a bush hut.. outside bathroom close by There is a small electric heater..electric blanket .. lots of animals close to waihi town,with all it's gold mining attractions.Close to the bike trail, and 12km from waihi beach.Lots of great bush walks and rivers to enjoy (can be insects. spiders..webs..)

The North End Studio is a purpose built studio unit, with a separate entrance along a private boardwalk. Enjoy river swimming and hiking right from the property or just relax on the deck and enjoy the beauty of the valley. 5 minute drive to the Hauraki Rail Trail and the award-winning Falls Retreat restaurant. 10 minutes drive into the heart of the Karangahake Gorge and Waihi and 15 minutes through to Paeroa or out to Waihi Beach.

Cabin in the Woods

Sweet little cabin in the woods that we promise is definitely not the start of a B-grade horror flick (unless you're not great with the odd bug and some low-fi living) A bit of a glamping experience - we use solar lights and a camp stove, but there is some pretty great luxury features. Theres now a wee outdoor patio area, extra comfy couches and the valleys finest loft-based chillzone that takes advantage of the awesome views of the surrounding hills.
