Historic Railway House #95

HISTORIC RAILWAY HOUSE #95 A beautifully and thoughtfully refurbished Historic Railway Cottage in the quaint "National Park Village". The village is surrounded by two World Heritage listed National Parks and is the gateway to the Central Plateau area. This has been a much-loved family holiday home for many years, but we now wish to share it with you, so you too can enjoy the multitude of exciting activities and adventures this stunning part of our country has to offer.

Please note this is an unserviced holiday home. You will Need to supply your own linen and towels etc. Our wonderful bach full of character, is an old mill house which belonged to the local timber mill from the 1940-50s. It then spent several years as the Tauranga ski club, before being lovingly restored into a groovy bach full of rustic charm. It's the perfect place to getaway and relax, or to use as a base after your high octane adventures around the Central Plateau.

This eco house generates its own electricity and is designed to capture the sun. The two person wood fired hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a day skiing or climbing the Tongariro Crossing.
