Welcome to THE PALMS Studio Kerikeri. Nestled among stunning private gardens surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

Tiny House Sanctuary Chalet in parklike grounds

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. Smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi. Close to the TeAroha Trail. Adventure, rest, relax, or come for a romantic getaway, you choose.

Pōhutukawa Cottage is the perfect spot for a solo retreat or romantic getaway. This beautifully renovated cottage offers direct access to Tapuwaetahi Beach, with the tranquil lagoon just steps away. Enjoy peaceful beach walks, dive into water sports, or simply unwind on the sun-drenched deck. Ideally located for exploring the natural beauty of Te Tai Tokerau.

Studio 10 - Treetops & Sea Views, Walk Into Paihia

Studio 10 is a light and sun filled apartment surrounded by native bush with views down to Paihia and the bay. Enjoy the birdsong & relax in your own tranquil tropical space. Beaches and Paihia town with boutiques, cafes, bars and supermarkets are a short walk downhill. Walk to the wharf and catch a ferry to historic Russell. Enjoy a day out exploring the Bay of Islands by boat or yacht. Walk to Opua along the coastal track or stroll to Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Free parking onsite.

Shepherds Shack

The cottage is private, with own entrance. Set on 3 acres of pasture, overlooking native bush with a river, waterfall and swimming hole. Feed our Wiltshire sheep. BBQ, portacot highchair available. Air conditioning. Situated 10 minutes from Kerikeri township and 5 minutes to shopping centre in Waipapa. Central to Bay of Islands, Paihia, stunning beaches, Puketi forest, Stone Store, vineyards, and restaurants. A quiet secluded setting, the ultimate place to relax and unwind. Free Wifi.

Homely, private 1-bedroom studio 3 km's from town

Come and enjoy all that Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands can offer from our centrally located base. Our spacious 1-bedroom studio offers a lounge with kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities (no cooktop or oven). We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.

The Back Paddock

Our beautiful self contained farmstay cottage has just been renovated giving extra space and a more private bedroom. The cottage is close to the house but very private, set on 43 acres with lovely rural views. We are just 8 kms from the quaint historical township of Kerikeri, and only 1 km from the Kerikeri airport. We are very central to all tourist attractions. It is an ideal destination, for peace and quiet after a busy day sightseeing, exploring or simply visiting the area.

Waikotare

Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. Your suite is one end of a long country house, with separate easy access, covered parking and private deck (bbq available) with lovely view. A continental breakfast is included with your stay.

Rustic Bush Retreat

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Conifer Cottage - a quiet slice of paradise

Conifer Cottage, 8 km from Kerikeri village is a very spacious and comfortable self catering retreat that features a kitchenette, separate bathroom and laundry, large bedroom/lounge and a veranda including a bbq for enjoying outdoor meals. All of this overlooking a peaceful garden. Very easy self check in/check out process - key is in the door. No cleaning fee. EV vehicles: charging by request. Fast and reliable wifi.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.
