Fully insulated and warm year-round with a heat pump. Family friendly; our pet dog is securely kept in a large run when not at home. Easy secure parking directly outside the garage door. One set of towels and basic toiletries provided.

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

This large brand new Penthouse apartment is stylishly presented with all the latest features and appliances you'd expect to see in an up market New York apartment. One King and one Queen size beds each with their own bathroom. Luxury bathrooms with underfloor heating, spacious scullery / laundry, stand alone Oven, double door Fridge freezer and dishdraws.
