Enjoy wildlife or relaxing at the river bend on our 5-acre property or explore the awesome attractions close by: winery, New Paltz downtown, “gunks” rock climbing, Minnewaska State Park, and more!

Just the perfect cabin. This newly built, passive solar house has a wood-burning stove, incredible views and is drenched with light. The house is intimate yet connected to the outside, with total seclusion and every imaginable modern convenience! It’s an architect-designed marvel of concrete, glass and reclaimed wood that sits on 135 acres of field and forest with a lovely swimming pond and miles of hiking trails. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft.

The full bathroom is located across the hallway. Enjoy a warm fire in the sitting area. There is a work area and a high table to enjoy some tea/coffee or wine with dinner while enjoying the view of the Hudson through the large windows and sliding door. We have added a separate kitchenette additional crockpot and induction cooktop.

Need a place away from the hustle and bustle? Well you’ve found the place! This is a retired honey-bee farm. The guest space is a 1 -bedroom apartment with its own patio where you can enjoy sunset-views from your patio and even from your very own outdoor, covered hot tub! Curl up and read a book on the rocking chairs, hammocks or make s’mores at the communal firepit. You even have your own charcoal grill to use. Need a place to do office work? You can use my WiFi!All people welcome✌🏽
