The cottage is less than a mile from Crump 'N Fox Golf; 2 miles from Northfield Mount Hermon; 10 minutes from Greenfield & Stoneleigh Burnham; 15 min to Brattleboro, Deerfield Academy, Bement & Eaglebrook; 20 min to UMass, Amherst & Northampton; 30 minutes to Keene NH & Shelburne Falls and 45 min to the Basketball Hall of fame in Springfield & Mt Snow VT.

The Film Shack: A Sweetwater Stay

Located on the shore of Tully Pond, The Film Shack is a newly designed water front vacation home with breathtaking views of Tully Mountain. This 4-season home features four bedrooms, a screening room, a video game nook and a bonus guest cottage. The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. Maple floors, aviation, and cargo style furniture, stainless steel bathroom and kitchen with a wood stove for those chilly fall mornings.

The 1770 House

Spring is the most dramatic time here. At the end of a dirt road with no cars or people you are one with nature. Ask to see if the pool and outdoor spa are open. In March and April our rates are discounted 20%. Enjoy our country retreat with breathtaking mountain and valley views. This expanded 1770 farmhouse gives you 4,500 sq. ft. of space for large family and friend get togethers. The house overlooks the Green River Valley with views of Vermont. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Spacious and charming Dutch Colonial farmhouse on a family- owned, active dairy farm. Located in Sunderland's historic district, it has access to great dining, hiking trails on Mt. Toby, the Connecticut River, and is a short distance from Amherst and the Five College Area. This beautiful home features a recently remodeled kitchen, four large bedrooms, dining and living rooms, office, and a lovely screened-in porch with gorgeous views of Mt. Sugarloaf, farm fields and the Connecticut Riverbank.

The Suprenant House

Cozy home in the 5 college area, close to downtown Amherst minutes from UMASS and Amherst College in a rural part of Town with endless scenic views. Free fast Wifi and parking. The home is located right downtown, close to restaurants, bike trails and the library. You have access to a kitchen, 1 full bath, and 2 half baths. All rooms are well appointed, and period decorated.

Sunderland house - 5 College area

Full house in Sunderland in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the Five College area, UMass, Amherst, Mount Holyoke, Hampshire and Smith. Built in 1949 but newly renovated in 2024. Minutes from Yankee Candle and Treehouse Brewery. We welcome all well-behaved dogs, (with prior approval).
