It's also 30min away from the Blue Mountain resort. Please note that it’s a downstairs separate guest suite, you’ll have full privacy and the use of the entire backyard, hot tub, bbq and fire pit. My family and I live in the upstairs unit, you may see us in the main driveway. A charge of $60 per extra guest apply so 6 ppl

House is in a prime location approximately 10 minute drive to Blue Mountain, 20 minutes to Thornbury and 15 minute drive to Wasaga Beach. Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.
