Four (4) pristine ocean/bayfront acres are privately yours to enjoy! 😊 The Little 'g' Cottage is a secluded couples-only retreat (1 or 2 adults, no children/infants & no pets). Situated on 4 wooded acres overlooking the clean blue Atlantic, the cottage is just steps away from our private cove. An open floor plan w/studio bedroom, open living area, compact kitchen, and full bath (toilet/vanity inside, shower & soaking tub outside) are privately yours. Beautiful views throughout the cottage.

Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

I’ve spent my whole life having fun "upta camp" with friends & family in this magical place, and now you can, too! Huckleberry Hollow is a special spot surrounded by clear water, tall trees, sand beaches, woods trails, and- you guessed it... huckleberries! This is a beautiful and rustic camp right on the shores of Pleasant River Lake-- one of the most pristine places in Maine that's somehow still accessible and only lightly developed. A great place to make happy memories for campers of all ages!

Winter, spring, summer or fall, forget your worries & feel your stress melt away in this charming waterfront 🏡. Wake up to glorious sunrises, relax on the outside seating areas, swim, float, kayak, BBQ, fish, golf, hike, bike, ATV, go whale/bird watching, leaf peeping, boating or river rafting, read, nap on the hammocks, have a fire/s’mores or simply enjoy the ever changing view from the inside. PVT office shed, game barn, kayaks, swing/play-set & toddler play area-something for all ages.

Beautiful coastal home feet from ocean with 1500 ft of water frontage with 180 views & private beach for picnics, canoeing & water sports. Located on 5.2 acres with large wrap-around porch, there's plenty of privacy for family get-aways and outdoor dining. Remodeled kitchen with all new appliances and entire home freshly painted and upgraded. Drink coffee on the large wrap-around porch while watching lobster boats. Visit National Acadia Park, Bar Harbor, Winter Harbor & many towns in between.

Mountain Cabin with a View in East Machias, Maine

Built in 2023, our cabin is located on a secluded mountain in East Machias, Maine. This small cabin has incredible views of the East Machias River from the front porch. We invite you to stay and enjoy sounds of native birds and watch the eagles soar overhead, the deer frolic through the trees, and wild turkeys that inhabit this wooded area. The cabin is constructed of lumber milled from our property. Our cozy cabin sleeps 4 adults comfortably but can sleep up to 5 total with a futon option.

Bouleys Lake House

Relaxing rustic cabin on the lake 25 feet from the shore. The fishing is some of the best in the state! Explore the Grand Falls Flowage which adjoins other lakes. The cabin has all amenities, a full kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, a Livingroom, a screened in porch and deck. Along with free use of two kayaks, pedal boat and paddle board. There is large outdoor fireplace, a grill/flat top griddle. We do have dogs so if you have dog allergies then we do not recommend this rental for you.

Schoodic Loft Cabin "The Roost" with Kayaks

This playful cabin offers a unique spot to unwind and explore the Schoodic peninsula and Downeast Maine. Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. A 10 minute drives brings you to the less visited Schoodic section of Acadia NP, where a network of hiking and biking trails lace the coastal forests and dramatic rocky coast. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.

Pocomoonshine Lake Post and Beam - FREE KAYAK USE

This spectacular post and beam Lakehouse is comfortable and immaculate. Located on Pocomoonshine Lake in Alexander, Maine, it's minutes from the Canadian border, an amazing golf course and the Atlantic Ocean. The lake is known for its kayaking, bass and white perch fishing and record number of loons that will sing you to sleep at night! Three floors allow for 10 guests enjoy vacationing together, yet have privacy at the same time. The house is fully equipped. Just bring your bathing suit!

Little Green Cottage

The Little Green Cottage is a peaceful location, on the edge of a calm river, where you can frequently see turtles and frogs. Truly a place to see the night sky and experience nature. Acadia is a little over 2 hours away. Quoddy Head State Park and Campobello Island (Canada - bring your passport), is within 30 minutes. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We just added an office shed for those who have to work on vacation. Additional fee to rent so please request in the booking.

Downeast Maine: Gardner Lake SW

This two bedroom, one bath cottage is the perfect retreat. Gardner Lake is easily accessed through a glass sliding doors onto newly built deck and blue stone patio and just feet from the beach. Ample outside furniture and an outside shower and ramp for ease of access for anyone. Sunrise views and complete privacy that's hard to find. From the rocky point to sit and read or fish from to an indoor desk area set up for those that need to connect for work, it has it all!

The Pleasant Lake Escape

Escape to a charming lakeside cottage in Alexander, Maine. This cozy retreat features two spacious bedrooms with 2 king size beds and two trundle beds with twin mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living area with stunning views of Pleasant lake. Step outside onto the expansive deck to savor your morning coffee surrounded by lush greenery. Whether it's Atv riding, swimming, boating and fishing this unique spot has access to it all!
