We are located in the hills of central VT, close to hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Unwind in the traditional Finnish Sauna, relax by the living pool, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. The Guest House at Chandlery Farm

This classic Vermont farm estate has everything that description implies: end-of-the-road privacy with breathtaking views, where the only sound is the wind rustling through the leaves. The manicured gardens, stone walls and quaint but luxurious home seem plucked from classic American folklore. Guests can drink their morning coffee while soaking in views of rolling pastures and forested hills, and spend their days exploring the property's trails, and the beautiful towns and countryside nearby.

Entire 2nd Floor Walk to Montpelier

Five minute walk to the prettiest and coolest state capital in the country. Entire second floor duplex with separate entrance up a flight of stairs. Beautiful porch. Perfect base to explore Vermont; hiking, skiing, biking. Hosts live downstairs. Dogs are welcome with conditions. (Note the reservation requirements) Limit 4 people. (Includes toddlers and infants) If you are a skier, we're e less than an 40 minutes to major Ski areas. You won't have to pay resort prices and have a more room.

Come feel the 'comfort of home' in my totally private 2-room Studio! Conveniently located just 5 minute drive to and from interstate I89, CVMC ( Central VT Medical Center), and shopping and approximately 10 minute walk to downtown and many historical attractions! Amenities include: high speed internet, coffee, tea, bottled water, nice sized refrigerator/freezer extra blankets, pillows and more! As a native Vermonter and host for nine years, I'm happy to offer unique places to visit!

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

Charming log cabin w/ fireplace in Stowe village

The Ginger House: experience the warmth of this charming rustic log cabin, situated in the woods but close to the main village of Stowe. The open floor plan allows you to be in the new kitchen while still enjoying the real fireplace. Also located on the first floor is a full bath and spacious bdrm. Upstairs is where you’ll find the master with full bath. There is a large deck and fire pit which is great for just hanging out. All this and easy access to the Mountain Road shuttle.

A true Vermont get-away cabin in the woods

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

This is a private apartment on St Paul Street, 1 block away from everything downtown Montpelier has to offer! This apartment has been updated but maintains its historical charm. 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Eat in kitchen, Full size tub-shower bath. Radiator heat. Smart TV, WiFi. This space is a blend of new and a older fixtures and furnishings. Some are intentional and others are on a list for the next round of improvements. Everything is in good working order!

Cozy Cottage in the Mad River Valley

My dad and I built this home from 2015-2019 working mostly on the weekends. We did everything we could ourselves including all the framing, siding, and fine woodworking. It has abundant natural and artificial light and a beautiful deck/porch. We made sure to build a lot of storage space with built in closets, cabinets, and drawers. I am very proud of what we accomplished and I'm so excited to be able to share our creation with guests.
