It's close to downtown (a short walk), the Capitol, the food co-op, Evergreen State College, public transport, shopping, restaurants, and groceries. Everything you need is within a mile or less, yet the house is secluded, quiet and surrounded by woods. You'll feel like you're out in the country, but with everything you need nearby.

Within minutes there are marinas, 3 major rivers, waterfalls, hiking trails and plenty of oyster and clam beaches.
