20 Mile Cottage, Country Escape

Welcome to 20 Mile Cottage on the edge of the Turon Goldfields. Originally a 2 room miners cottage from around the end of the gold rush, the cottage now has open kitchen and living areas, slow combustion fireplace, A/C, lots of places to relax, read or work and 2 bedrooms. For up to 8 guests and 2 pets. These pet-friendly 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottages have panoramic mountain views, wide covered and secure balconies and are very private. Kangaroos do come to visit. There are 2 main bedrooms with queen size beds and a third bedroom with 2 single beds and there are 2 day beds in the main lounge/dining area. Your kitchen should have everything you need. While all cottages have the same bedroom and floor layout, each one is furnished in different colours.

We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond. Welcome to Tom’s Cottage, a peaceful retreat nestled in the extensive gardens of the historic “Wilgowrah” homestead on a 480 acre working farm. Located just 5 kms from Mudgee you may explore the many attractions of the region with ease. Tom's Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast in the morning sun on the deck or relax on the sun lounges in the afternoon. Children 2-12yrs or Infants 0-2 not accepted. Dogs are accepted - please see house rules.
