Completely remodeled 2BR/2Bath apartment with private driveway and private entrance. Enjoy your luxury mountain getaway on twelve acres with beautiful mountain views. Your stay supports our nonprofit animal rescue Misfit Mountain which is located at a separate location. The space is a bottom (pet friendly) apartment of an A-Frame cabin. We live on the top part of the cabin with our dogs who will bark at you when you come and go (security). You may hear some light treading above when our pups are using the potty. Guests will have access to their apartment with a separate entrance as well a separate deck for their stay.

Perfect location and pet-friendly (please check pet fee). Lake Junaluska, Waynesville and Maggie Valley are minutes away, and a half-hour to Asheville. Easily accessible all four seasons, the apartment is the entire first floor, with private ground-level entrance. Dedicated parking for two cars, though not large enough for trailers. Not suitable for children under 12. Due to the quiet vibes of the neighborhood, motorcycles are discouraged.

Waynesville is alive and well after the devastating floods that hit our area on September 27. Our property survived with just a little damage to the grounds, and Main Street along with all of its shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are open and welcoming visitors as always. You will see debris on the curbs all around town but the cleanup is happening and things are looking better every day!
