Welcome to Moonlite Retreat, You're waterfront entrance to all Florida outdoors. Moonlite Retreat is located in the waterfront community of Sportsman Harbor within the Town of Welaka. Centrally located along the St. Johns River, Moonlite Retreat is 100 yards from the main channel and 500 yards from Welaka Spring. Come sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over your private boathouse from the comfort of your private screen porch. Then leave from your boathouse and explore the St Johns River.

Relaxing Lakefront Cottage

Our little cottage has a so much to offer! The sunsets are stunning! The memories you will take home with you, will last a lifetime. Small but lives large is the best way to describe our beauty! Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.

Sand Lake Getaway

Enjoy stunning lake views while sipping your morning coffee on the back deck. Lots of paddling options exist here on spring-fed Sand Lake. Hosts offer a paddle boat, canoe, and paddle boards for your enjoyment. Practice yoga on your own private deck, fish from the dock, or star gaze around the campfire each night. Welcome to The Hooch! Enjoy a memorable visit in this unique, fishing themed house. This 70’s mobile home brings you back to when people retired to Florida to have easy access to the Ocklawaha River, Ocala National Forest & Silver Spings. A great location for the adventure seekers of this generation too! Located 1/2 mile to boat ramp, fishing pier, canoe rentals and just a couple miles to hiking, ATV/OHV/Jeep trails. 11 miles to Salt Springs swim area, close to Rodman, St. John’s, Orange Lake.

This 2 bedroom, 2 full-bath house is located in the quiet community of Pegram Lake. Although the newly renovated house is fully equipped for your stay- including a full kitchen and spacious living room- the real luxury is outside. Enjoy relaxing on the large, lakeside, fully screened-in porch while firing up the grill. Spend the day swimming, fishing, and kayaking on this serene lake. Make use of our private dock! At night, gather 'round the firepit while roasting marshmallows and stargazing.

ON AN ACTUAL ISLAND! BOAT ACCESS ONLY. Water taxi available for $60 round trip (see guest access) Visit some of Florida's most famous natural springs, go fishing off your own dock, ride bikes, hike the island, or just sit in a rocking chair on the porch with the lake view or the jungle view - this private island is for you. Located just a 15 minute boat ride from the famous Silver Glen Springs and Salt Springs. Bring your own boat or rent ours! We have bikes, a canoe and fishing poles.

Sportsman's Bluff

Nestled atop a serene bluff, the house offers a fantastic retreat for guests. In addition, there is a private floating dock where you can tie up to a 28 ft boat after a beautiful day fishing or enjoying the water. Please note, access to the dock requires walking up and down approximately 36 stairs (see photo of bluff). Whether you’re exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing on the bluff, we’re happy to assist you with any questions before or during your stay a Sportsman’s Bluff.

Immaculate Waterfront Point Lot, Detached Garage, Boathouse, 2 Bed / 2 Bath. Boasting 160+ feet of waterfront on a deep-water canal just off the St. John's River. Huge garage for cars, boats, motorcycles, or recreation! Extending off the living room is the fully screened Florida room offering beautiful backyard and canal views. Outside includes a boat house and lift (slip approx 24’x 9.5' and 6500lbs limit with slings) with freshwater fish cleaning station.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a new construction riverfront cabin in Sportsman Harbor on the St. John’s River. Everything is brand new including beds appliances and all furniture. The possibilities are endless- fishing, shrimping, crabbing, boating, skiing, kayaking and tubing. Or maybe something more relaxing - sitting on the deck and watching the waves roll in or boats passing by while sipping your favorite drink.
