This well-appointed and spacious home offers the perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and convenience. Includes a garage turned into a game room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey table, and a Ping Pong table. The backyard comes with a propane firepit, sitting area, dining area, garden, and corn hole throwing area. Located in West Greeley and minutes from Windsor, Johnstown, and Greeley.

Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

The tiny house is located on our 10-acre property surrounded by native grasses which is home to plenty of wildlife. Enjoy easy living inside with card games or Netflix. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.
