Welcome to my home a new apartment, only two years old, warm, light and modern with beautiful wooden flooring and bespoke kitchen, ideal for a couple. Queen sized bed with a comfy memory foam topped mattress, cotton sheets and bedding, modern bathroom, and wifi. Centrally located in Berhampore, bus stop across the road metres from the sprig and fern pub, Araucaria italian, gramercy baker. A short walk from Newtown and the hospital. A short bus or Uber to wellington CBD and Island bay beach.

Self contained private sanctuary in quiet cul-de-sac backing onto mount Victoria green belt and the southern walkway. Located in a heritage area of Newtown and all that this vibrant suburb offers including amazing choice of restaurants and bars. Close to public transport, a few minutes walk to Wellington hospital and a short Uber ride into town. Enjoy views and sunsets over Newtown while sipping a drink on the balcony and listening to native bird life. Perfect for professional's and travelers.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Lyall Bay Studio

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Welcome to our home away from home that is super central, light filled, stylish and fun. Nestled amongst some of Wellingtons finest cafes such as Prefab which is opposite, the Mystic Kitchen is just a few doors along from our apartment and Caffe L'Affare is but a stones throw away. Damascus is around the corner in Tory St as is Le Bouillon Bel Air, Apache plus many more great cafes, restaurants together with everything the city has to offer is all but a short walk away.

Guest Suite in Brooklyn

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

"Newtown Oasis" Self contained + breakfast

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Lyall Bay Vista - great location, stunning views

Enjoy your stay in Wellington at this cozy, comfortable unit complete with everything you need in a home-away-from-home. Perched on Melrose hill, this self-contained unit is in a great location in between Wellington Airport and the city, and provides fantastic views overlooking Lyall Bay, and the Airport. Please note we (owners of the property) live on the top floor, above this unit. The unit is up 35 steps from the street, with no accessible access.

Warm Studio Apartment

Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the ground floor of a two story house. We live in the top floor with our three year old and newborn daughters so please expect to hear children. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.

Kick back and relax in this calm, private, stylish studio nestled in an urban forest and just a few minutes walk to the beach and 15mins to the CBD/8mins to airport. Stay in and enjoy a morning coffee while listening to native bird song or eat alfresco on the private deck which gets afternoon and evening sun. Go out and explore the south coast with the beach & bush walks less than 10mins walk from your door.
