Bring your pup(s) (up to 2) and enjoy everything Wellsville has to offer! Private main bedroom with queen bed and desk, 2nd bedroom loft-style room with queen bed. You’ll get to enjoy the wildlife from the windows and are likely to enjoy deer in the field in front of and behind the house.

The Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination is the entire second floor of this beautiful Victorian home, located 2 blocks from the Wellsville Main St businesses and events. You will enjoy clean, warm, spacious rooms with comfortable king beds. Each private bedroom has its own living room with a day bed and tv. The full kitchen is very accommodating, and the large bathroom includes a washer and dryer.

Houghton Brookside Retreat

Relax in this spacious, serene space, surrounded by nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck. Perfect for a get-away; close to hiking, hunting, fly fishing, skiing. This private space is on the lower level so guests must be able to navigate a set of stairs. Off-street parking.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 45 minutes to three finger lakes, 60 minutes to Rochester, 40 to Corning. Little house with all the basics. Full kitchen, laundry, three full beds, sun room, shower bathroom. Great for a night away or monthly rentals. Dogs are in the yard at times, although the cottage is pet free.
