The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. It has easy access to Highway 264 , interstate 64, I540 and Interstate I440 to I40. It is a great Central location for Raleigh, Knightdale, Wendell Zebulon,Garner, and Rocky Mount. Note: this house is not handicap accessible however there is a ramp with a small step up. 2 tub showers; No walk in shower.
