You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Unser 78m² großes Gästehaus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Zentrum der Wohnung bildet das geräumige Wohn-/Esszimmer. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschplatz und WC. Daneben gibt es noch ein seperates Gäste WC. Die geräumige Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Induktions-Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine und einem Kühlschrank mit separaten Tiefkühlfächern.

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the historic old town and surrounding area. The main train station, as well as all local public transportation, are within walking distance, so you can leave your car behind.

Castle Schönberg in Wenzenbach

The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.

Das Haus wurde zu einem Ferienhaus und auch Seminarhaus für Yoga- und ähnliche Veranstaltungen umgebaut. Es läßt sich ruhig und beschaulich drinnen und draußen wohnen. Die ländliche Umgebung lädt ein zum Spazierengehen, Wandern, Radfahren, Ausflüge.. Seit Dezember 2022 ist es möglich, eine separates Außensauna gegen Gebühr, auf Anfrage, zu nutzen.
