No worries! We still clean our home after every guest, we just don’t want you to pay extra fees. Welcome to our home! Enjoy the renovated downstairs apartment bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Cable TV is included, with a second Apple TV! The hot tub is yours on your stay, to be shared with the tiny home in our backyard. We are 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from 2 malls, and 5 minutes from the 2 interstates. We are conveniently near Walmart, Smiths, and CVS for last minute grabs!

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

AMAZING GARDEN OASIS. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We have off-street parking and your own entrance. You are welcome to enjoy our backyard garden full of a variety of foliage, a pergola for outdoor eating, and a spacious swing/ lounge that can be a bed. COME--RELAX. Inside you have a queen-sized bedroom, a single-bed and 2 air beds. The space includes amenities and kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room. Should you want any modifications, feel free to ask in an inquiry.

Private Guest Suite in Murray

This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

This gorgeous home sits on the edge of a genuine working ranch. Peaceful and pristine, you’d never guess this property lies in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley, minutes from both freeways. The suite features a 65" ROKU TV, a separate entrance, driveway, covered parking, and a dedicated thermostat. Note: This is a basement apartment; footsteps may be heard from 6 AM to 10 PM. NO LAUNDRY available.
