Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.
