The property is centrally situated in the quaint town of Osburn, just steps from the "Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes" and a short distance to Hiawatha Bike Trail, Pulaski Trail, the Gondola, Ziplining, ATV and Snowmobile trails, Fishing, Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass, and Silver Rapids Water Park.

The house is skipping distance to the The Sweet Palace (world famous candy store) & Philipsburg Brewing Company's "Vault" , "The Springs" & other local watering-holes.
