Quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen and private balcony. My little cat MauMau lives here. She is approx. 7 years old. Please don't ask me to remove my cat. She is a rescue and this is her apartment. I will come by 2 times a day to take care of her. Enjoy being away from the city but still close in a beautiful modern studio with spectacular views of the Malibu ridge. We are extremely lucky that our canyon was saved from the January fires. This studio unit is attached to my house with a completely separate entrance and pathway giving you total privacy. 5mn walk from Topanga hiking trails (biggest enclosed natural park in a city in the world) 10 mn from Topanga beach , 20 mn to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to Woodland Hills. 420 friendly!

My place is close to Sawtelle and Cheviot Hills Recreation Center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance. Close to the Mall and 99 cents store.Close to buses to go to UCLA and the Beach. Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.
