Built in 2015 as a granny flat with kitchenette and private bathroom including excellent gas heated shower. Spacious and separate to main house so very private. Can easily accommodate two adults plus 1 child at no extra cost (queen bed + sofa). Own carpark, outdoor kitchen sink with hot/cold water. Toaster, microwave, electric frypan, small BBQ available. Unlimited wifi. Access to washing machine. Complimentary tea & coffee. ** N.B. there is no hot plate or kitchen sink inside the dwelling. **

Valley Cabins, White Pine Bush Cabins

We are contactless accommodation-Self check in and check out. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by a stunning valley, looking out across rolling paddocks and your own quiet peaceful cabins. Only 13 minutes drive to Whakatane, and 9 minutes to awakeri. One cabin has a Queen bed, heat pump and modern bathroom. The other has a full Kitchen, dining and living space, joined together by a large deck that catches the afternoon sun across the valley. Your only neighbors may be a few of sheep or odd cow.

THE GUEST HOUSE- Awakeri- Boutique style cottage

Kick back and relax in our newly built, stylish one bedroom private guest house set up for guests to do their own thing. Double glazed windows and Doors along with full insulation keeps you nice and cozy along with a heatpump to keep you warm & dry in winter & cool in summer. Peaceful and private rural location. The cottage has a Queen bed in the spacious bedroom along with a double sofa bed in the lounge. Outdoor flow with substantial decking allows you to spread out relax day & night.

Walnut Farm homestay

Our place is self, contained ,separate from the main house. 2 bedrooms are upstairs access 2nd bedroom through first. Milk, tea coffee with facilities to cook meals . Bench oven cooktop, two element cooker, refrigerator , toaster , tv. One hour to Rotorua or Tauranga, less than 30 mins to Rotorua lakes or Whakatane for sea fishing. 15 mins drive to Kawerau.Room for your boat , wash down bay for boats or motorbikes. Pet friendly. Homestay is behind our house so drive around to park there.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

The Shed

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located Airbnb Only 5 min walk to Whakatane centre yet surrounded by trees and bird song, this is the perfect space to relax in the afternoon sun at the end of the day. The space is set up with everything you need for simple living. The bed is on the mezzanine floor with steep stairs to get up and no hand rail so please ensure you are physically able!

The DogBox @ NZ’s favourite beach - Ohope Beach NZ

Our guesthouse is perfectly located at Ohope Beach between Ohiwa Harbour and the South Pacific Ocean - less that 1 minute walk to each. You can hear the ocean while lying in bed :) 'The DogBox' got its name when my dog Cooper (RIP) refused to come into our new house when we built it, preferring to sleep in the guesthouse.
