I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

Beautiful 2 bed room, 2 bath house located at the mouth of Sugar Creek on Elk River. Sunrise and sunsets are fantastic. The house has all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay. The property has a dock suitable for sunning, swimming, fishing or docking your boat. Bass, Catfish, Crappie and other game fish are available in the lake.

Features include a spacious screened in porch with lake view and multilevel deck directly on main river. Small pier for swimming, or it may be used for securing boat. Closest boat launch site is Pride Landing, about 5 miles west of house. Double driveway offers plenty of parking space.

Coyote’s Cabin Treehouse is 224 sq ft that sits up high on a bluff with Scarham creek below. Hot tub sits overlooking the creek. There’s no TV or WIFI. We only offer the noise of nature. Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home. If you must smoke, please do so outside and away from the door and bring a butt can with you. I always offer discount stays on my excellent guest at any of my stays
