Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Although there are other guest on the property you will have this space to call your own and enjoy. ~ 5 min from Lake Winnipesukee, 20 min to Wolfeboro, 20 min to Gunstock and 25 min to Bank of Pavilion

Farm Stay in Burke at Firefly Farm

By staying at Firefly Farm in the Northeast Kingdom, you get to experience a connection with the earth, be part of the community and ride the trails. Our guest house is small (120 sq ft), cozy, and the perfect place to set up base for exploring. Though small in size, the space includes a table that converts into a bed, a bed above the table, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a full sized shower. Stay with us and enjoy the beauty of the Northeast Kingdom! We do not charge any cleaning fees.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Come enjoy a quiet get-a-way in beautiful Peacham, Vermont. Willow Brook Cabin is a newly restored log cabin on the edge of the woods. Large deck, outdoor shower and easy access to field walks and back country roads. Many lakes for kayaking. Great biking in the area. There is no full kitchen, simply a fridge,microwave and coffee/tea maker. Water is very pure and drinkable.
