This charming 1930's farmhouse sits in the locale of a "retired" 180+ acre dairy farm and is roughly 15-20 minutes away from Boone/Jefferson. If you enjoy mountain scenery, hiking trails, or any outdoor activities, Ashe County is the place to visit! NOTE: The farmhouse only has ONE BATHROOM and it is located INSIDE BEDROOM #1 (bathroom is not accessible via any other rooms besides bedroom #1).

We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

The Hawthorn is your very own private mountain glamping getaway complete with beautiful open air yoga/sleeping lounge up top and a cozy camper down below. Inside you will find everything you need; super comfy queen bed with bamboo sheets, DVD, AC, mini fridge, one burner stove, toaster oven, press pot for coffee and tiny sink with hot water. Cozy log cabin home centrally located in Western North Carolina about 40 minutes to Boone/Blowing Rock and 1.5 hours to Asheville and Charlotte. Amazing views in this private and gated mountain community. Enjoy the fresh mountain air as you walk down to community waterfall or take a five minute drive to the public swimming beach on Kerr Lake. The Cozy Cottage with self entry

The Cozy Cottage is located in the country side just off 421 on Boone Trail, along the Lewis Fork Creek, in Wilkes County. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cottage is small, only a little over 600 square feet, but just right for one or two guest. The cozy cottage has been in our family for three generations. We live just out of sight, on up the drive. You can enjoy your privacy but if you need anything we are near by. We look forward to hosting you !

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.

Blueberry Hill Cottage: town and country

Private, cozy and quiet cottage in the trees yet only about a mile from the heart of town. Stainless steel appliances and tv with streaming services. Easy hop to Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking and biking, wineries, Boone. About a mile to downtown. Watch wildlife from the private rear deck or walk the 2.6 acres of grounds, part landscaped, part garden, and part natural. Adjacent to greenspace/parkland. Dogs allowed! (limit 2) Pet fee charged per stay.
