Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.

The Hideaway

The perfect rustic home base for exploring the local outdoors. We are located approximately 20 minutes from Stone Mountain State Park, with miles of trail to explore and excellent fishing along the East Prong Roaring River and its tributaries. We are also about 20 minutes from Doughton Recreation Area and Thurmond Chatham Wildlife Management Area with some more lengthy hiking trails and also equipped with some streams that offer excellent fishing opportunities!

Make some memories at this rustic, hand built log cabin. This cabin was built using reclaimed pine logs from local tobacco barns. Both bedrooms are located in an OPEN LOFT upstairs. Privacy curtains are installed but do not block out noise The cabin is full of amenities including washer/dryer, hot tub, antique clawfoot tub with shower, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, large back deck, game area with foosball table, and beautiful views of the little Brushy’s.
