An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

Charming Guest House - Dog Friendly - Parking

Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are approved in advance for a $75 pet fee per dog that will be charged separately after booking.

Guest Cottage Near Wrightsville Beach

Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our main home with private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed. Note: During the summer months, we occasionally offer the main house to larger families/groups (The Sunshine Cottage).

Studio Apartment in Hampstead

This cozy getaway is perfect for anyone who is in the area for business or pleasure. Private oasis located above the detached garage with separate entrance and keyless entry. Sip your morning coffee while listening to the wildlife and watching the deer graze on the front lawn. Take advantage of the quiet neighborhood by going for a walk or bike ride. Conveniently located within a short drive to Wilmington and less than 15 miles from Topsail Beach.

Centrally-located on the beautiful Cape Fear Coast, PalmTreeHouse is a charming, nautically-themed mid-century garage apartment, nestled among palm trees, and a private Zen Garden, with easy access to the Wilmington Riverfront, and the beaches. As an extension of the automotive/industrially-themed PalmTreeHut downstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHouse simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.
