The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with a fridge, Keurig, oven, microwave and toaster plus tableware. There's a 42" TV paired with an apple TV loaded with multiple apps. Alexa provides info and light control. Two window a/c keep the place cool. Free parking is available in the adjacent public lot.

CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).

Property features cathedral ceiling, exposed beams and high-end appliances. walk-in shower, bath with marble floor. Located at end of cul-de sac, the patio is a great way to start & end your day. This is the upstairs unit of a two unit apartment, you may hear noise transfer from the downstairs unit.

"Jailhouse Suites" Tower Suite accommodates a maximum of five adults. There are two queen size beds, and a roll-away single. The suite features a full kitchen with drip coffee maker, private entrance, private bath, central air, ROKU TV and WiFi. It is a full studio apartment located on the second floor of the old Jailhouse close to everything in Yellow Springs.
