Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

This side of the duplex is available with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen. Large back divided patio for enjoyment and back yard. Perfect farm setting on a working horse farm. Pet friendly. We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit.
