The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

Windows face west providing a good deal of natural light. The partial kitchen is located in a small room off of the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, small refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, microwave, and an electric kettle. Private bathroom. Wifi is provided.
