410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. Relax on the balcony where you can enjoy the lake & mountain views, the 4th of July and New Year's Eve fireworks. Enjoy relaxing in the in door on site pool and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and washer and dryer.

Wake up to ridge and open-field views from this new, high-ceiling 1BR at Wolfridge. You’re on the Methow Community Ski Trail, which becomes part of the Methow Valley Trails bike network in summer. Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. Shared parking is available behind building.

Wapato Point Resort - 1 Bedroom Condo New Remodel

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.
