Our home is within easy walking distance to Stony Beach (2 mins; 0.1 mile), Woods Hole Park and Playground (3 mins), Woods Hole Science Aquarium (3 mins), Town Center, Martha's Vineyard Ferry, and the Shining Sea Bikeway (7 mins). You’ll love our home because it is newly-renovated, with spectacular views of Mill Pond, and given its tranquil, yet very central location, including a unique ambiance and diversity of locals. Our home is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with kids).

Cape Cod Cottage Getaway!

Classic Cape Cod cottage perfect for a last minute getaway. Incredible location with the beach, Shining Sea Bike Path, The Knob, and Spohr Gardens all within walking distance! A five minute drive to Falmouth Main Street which offers amazing restaurants and shops. In the other direction, another five minute drive will bring you to the historical seaside village of Woods Hole, home to world renowned scientists, numerous beaches, restaurants, museums, an aquarium and the Martha's Vineyard Ferry.

Mill Pond Cottage

This sunny, airy cottage is a five-minute walk to the Village and 2 minutes to the beach. The entry hall leads to a vaulted open-plan living space with fireplace and kitchen/dining area opening to a peaceful (church bells and birdsong) deck overlooking the Mill Pond. Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and clawfoot tub with shower off the entry hall (two with queen beds (one on tatami mats)/one single) and a sofabed in the living area. An unfinished basement includes a washer/dryer.

This is your vineyard home, where you can walk or ride a bike less than a mile to the beach or two into town. Get the glamping experience with kitchenette, A/C, an outdoor shower, a composting toilet, a queen bed in the loft and futon couch that can sleep two more in the living room. Enjoy outdoor games, outdoor seating, a Weber grill for bbq, tv, WiFi, cozy indoor space and more, right on the bike path with a bus stop for easy accessibility or free car parking. Spacious Guest House in Falmouth Village

This spacious studio guest house is tucked away behind a historic sea captain's house. It has a cathedral ceiling, a private entrance, outdoor seating, central AC, eat-in kitchen, wifi, and premium cable television. A great spot for a vacation, this is a place to relax, to walk to the Village with all its restaurants and cafes, walk or bike to the beach (Surf Drive Beach is the closest), and to beautiful nature areas. Moraine Cottage is a charming, airconditioned cottage up a hill in the woods of West Falmouth. Walking distance to West Falmouth Market, Village Café and Eulinda's Ice Cream is 1 min., 3 min. walk to the Shining Sea Bikeway and 20 min. walk (3 min. drive) to Chapoquoit beach. Ideal for a young, energetic family with unlimited mobility. No pets please! Attic bedroom, small bedroom w/bunk bed for 2 kids, living room w/sofa bed for 2, covered porch, outdoor table and shower.

Summer is coming, that's when Falmouth is best!

Falmouth beaches are great year round. Falmouth is fully open with lots of great live music on weekends and trivia in many different locations mid week. The weather is generally warm enough now for hiking, biking, golf and scenic beach walks. I charge a minimal cleaning fee & ask you to respectfully treat the space with care and clean up after yourself. I make sure the space is more diligently cleaned and disinfected between guests. Sorry but this is a no pet space.

The Carriage house is very homey and in a nice quiet setting. The house is surrounded by gardens, providing plenty of privacy. There is a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs and a grill to cook on as well. There is also central air throughout the entire house. Newly renovated kitchen and new furnishings throughout the space.
