The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is most comfortable for 2. Please keep this in mind when booking for 4 guests. Woolgoolga is a short 20 minutes drive north of Coffs Harbour and is a beautiful seaside village with Restaurants, Cafes, Banks, Bakeries, Clothes Shops, Clubs, Council swimming pool and more all within a 5 minute walk from the unit. The Seaview tavern is a 2min drive & Woolworths is a 3 min drive away.

For business or leisure, our new Studio Bungalow is designed for relaxation & convenience, providing everything you need for a pleasant & memorable stay. This private bungalow is separate from our main house & features a comfortable Queen bed with HTC linens, single trundle bed, TV & couch. The equipped kitchenette allows for easy meal preparation, the bathroom includes laundry facilities for added convenience. Beach enthusiasts will love the quick access to Corindi Beach for sun, sand, & surf.

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

The studio apartment is spacious with a very comfortable Queen bed with quality linen bedding. The apartment is part of our newly built main residence but has a separate entrance & is totally private & self contained. We provide a generous continental breakfast for your first night of stay, with cereal, fruit, etc

Also close by are cafes, restaurants and a corner store for your convenience.
