This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

It has a large, spacious deck with a wonderful view of the Dorrigo Escarpment. Situated in a quiet & peaceful area yet close to everything. A 5-minute walk takes you to a well-stocked corner shop & café. 10 mins further, you're at the Bellinger River where you can picnic & swim. Another 5 mins & you're in the centre of town.

You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
