Apartment Chilly is situated in a peaceful area Mlino, 800m/10min walk to Lake Bled. Apartment is all new, cozy and warm. You will have unique view on the mountains from the bedroom and terrace. On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. Das Forsthaus Gradisch wurde 2022 auf höchstem Niveau renoviert. Kurze Fahrzeiten zu den Kärntner Skigebieten: Gerlitzen 20 Min; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 Min; Turracherhöhe 35 Min und zum Wörthersee und Ossiachersee jeweils 15 Min. Die große Zirbenstube sowie das mit Erdwärme beheizte Pool, eine kleine Sauna, die Designer-Küche und ein Billardtisch sind die Highlights dieses Hauses.
