Aurora Cottage At The Spruces

Our newly renovated cottage is comfortable and practical. We are near beaches, restaurants, Highlands Link Golf and many walking trails. Located on the beautiful Cabot Trail there is lots to see and do, especially if you are a nature lover. The fully equipped cottage allows you to prepare all your own meals or you can enjoy superb coffee and locally sourced foods at the Salty Roses and Periwinkle Cafe which is located on the same property and also features Maritime artisans work. Welcome!

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

Beluga Bunkie

The Beluga Bunkie is a little piece of paradise on our private cliffside waterfront property in the heart of North Bay Ingonish. This private one-room bunkie was designed for optimal views all the time! Whether you're taking it in from the front porch or from the comfort of the bed, it's sure to take your breath away over and over again. Although there is no direct access to the water from our property, it's just a short 10min walk to where you can dip your toes at a sandy beach.

Glamping off the Beaton Path (AD #5)

Glamping is a form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping. Communal washrooms and a shower are located in a separate building; there is also an area for washing dishes. The facility is off the power grid, so solar power is used for lightning. Woodsy Cabin on the Bras d'Or

Beautiful, rustic cabin sits cozily surrounded by woodlands. This one room retreat boasts a south west vista of the Bras d'Or Lake, includes a veranda with gorgeous sunsets, king size bed and access to the beach. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect.

Self contained on suite, 15 minute walk to downtown New Waterford -- 15 minute drive to downtown Sydney and 15 minutes to local airport. We are one hour from Louisbourg and an hour from Baddeck (Cabot Trail). The apartment is ground level with its own access. Fully supplied kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom for all your needs. Convenient for short or longer stays.
