A quiet paradise in the woods. A great place to connect with nature and relax. There is a 2 person kayak that are shared with our other treehouse guests and a single person kayak. Life jackets supplied. (2 adults and 3 children) Also a raft that goes out into lake on a cable for swimming. We have a 2 person swing to relax on in the sun. Wifi arriving soon. Salmonwood Cottage is a two bedroom, one bathroom, rental nestled along the shore of Salmon Lake in Yarmouth County. You can enjoy all nature has to offer while benefiting from the comforts of modern living. The pet-friendly cottage comes with a washer/dryer, heat pump, woodstove, WiFi, Bell Satellite and can sleep up to four people. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large lake-side front deck, explore the area on foot or by kayak, and finish your day under the stars next to a roaring bonfire.

Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV. We have recently built onto the cottage. We added an additional bedroom and a much larger living room and entrance. No cleaning fee!! The location says Tusket, it’s Quinan on Lake Kegeshook. The cottage is a farmhouse style with white walls, lots of windows and high ceilings allowing for great light. A remote location, quiet and perfect for relaxing. Only a 20 mins drive in from the Tusket exit and 35 minutes to Yarmouth.
