We are a 17 room motel nestled right off the shore of Keuka Lake! We are conveniently located right off 54A in Penn Yan, NY right on the wine trail. We are located 1 mile from Crispin Hill wedding venue, minutes from Abandon Brewing Co & downtown Penn Yan, and a quick walk from a Seneca Farms ice cream cone! A perfect landing spot for weddings, wine tour weekends, and family vacations!

Room 23 is located in our cozy cottage. It features a queen bed and kitchenette, perfect for a private and comfortable Finger Lakes retreat. Simple, charming, and designed for relaxation. It is located in our second building off to the right of the main building. The cottage has a wrap around porch and lake view!
