Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Casa Amaranta es una coqueta casita situada al borde del Barranco del Poqueira. Tiene vistas maravillosas desde las estancias de la casa. La casita fue originalmente la cuadra de una casa familiar y ha sigo cuidadosamente rehabilitada. Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
