A cat friendly house so expect to meet some new furry friends. Car is essential. Pets are not allowed.

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

Ktima Athena - Mountain Cottage House with pool

A beautiful and unique mountain-side cottage house with a large swimming pool and outdoor area with breath-taking views of the mountains and sea. Located on the hills of the village of Vyzakia just before Troodos mountain and Kakopetria you can come here to relax and enjoy the more mountainous side of Cyprus. An ideal location being only 25 minutes from the nearest beach and only 15 minutes from the mountain. Secluded on a private hillside you can be sure to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

There are two more swimming pools, a restaurant, a medical service center and an administrative office on site. The distance to the shore is no more than 500 meters. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant next to the beach. Also nearby is an indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. There is a grocery store about one kilometer away.
