If snowmobiling, hiking or mountain biking are what you are after, NY State Lands, Finger Lakes Trail, Sculpture Park, Letchworth & Allegany State Parks are nearby. Experience a classic, the Delevan Drive-in is just 5 miles away.

This newly renovated 1BR apt will have you feeling relaxed on your stay! Enjoy a full kitchen and a spa like feel in the bathroom. Our apartment is a one bedroom, smaller private apartment within a 5 unit building. The building itself sits on a Main Street where the bedroom does face the road. We have included black out curtains and a sound machine.

It is located near our barns and play area, has a stunning view of the valley. -5 minutes from Lime Lake, 20 minutes from Ellicottville, 45 minutes from Buffalo, and 65 minutes from Niagara Falls. -Outdoor area includes a picnic table, small grill, and a fire pit. Tents are allowed (tent rental available at the farm).
