Nguurruu is a luxury two bedroom, self-contained barn in the middle of a working cattle farm. Where native grasslands stretch to the horizon, a river meanders its way gently between ancient hills and where a billion stars blaze at midnight. It's a place to unwind, relax and explore.

Wattagan Homestead Farm Stay Enjoy exclusive use of Wattagan Homestead and the surrounding property with three separate living areas (formal sitting room, library and separate family room for the kids); a huge chef's kitchen (double ovens). Six bedrooms (four with queen beds, one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed and a child’s wooden cot – not a travel cot) and three bathrooms (two with large bathtubs).

We are really just over the road from the Yass River and there are plenty of picturesque walking paths along the river. There are also other facilities close by including a dog park, swimming pool children's playground.
