Beautiful post-modern estate on 15 acres nestled in the Sierra foothills just outside of Grass Valley. Central to many Gold Country attractions, 15 minutes to Grass Valley and Nevada City, 30 minutes to Yuba City. Guests will have exclusive use of the property and access to the lower level of the estate with two large bedrooms, jack and jill bathroom with beautiful stone shower and oversized tub. Italian leather couch invites you into the living room / kitchen with all amenities for your stay.

Vineyard Retreat/Private entrance/Unique features

Come and relax at “The Double MK Ranch” overlooking the vineyard of Dono Dal Cielo. Centrally located between I-80 and Hwy 65 and set within Placer County wine trail. We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

Llama lookout cottage w/a Pool, Hot Tub & Gardens

Hilltop Sunset Farmhouse

This beautiful country home has been recently updated. Our property is tucked away at the top of a .7 mile private road, on a 10 acre farm, with amazing views of the valley, hills, city, & breathtaking sunset right from the living room/ kitchen. We are about 15 minutes away from town, so definitely not in the city. Our quaint country home is located on the Placer county wine/ ale trail, near wineries and breweries, 2 miles to Hidden Falls, and close to many of California’s best hiking trails

Artist's Suite | EV Charger | Pet Friendly

Stay in our artist suite in the Sierra foothills. The space features a two-room guest suite, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a patio open to an oak meadow. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! Level 2 EV charging is available upon request for an additional fee.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Peaceful, quiet and private guest house on 20 acres near the town of Penn Valley in Nevada County, California. Our place has a remote feel but is only 25 minutes from Grass Valley. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.

Browns Valley Getaway - fish, relax, and enjoy.

This beautiful home is close to wine tasting, horseback riding, many lakes, boating, and nature! Fish the pond or the property or visit one of several lakes nearby for boating and fishing. Just over 1 hour to skiing at Boreal/Sugar Bowl in the winter and great Tahoe hiking in the summer. You’ll love my place because of the beauty and peacefulness. It has a beautiful pond view for your enjoyment. Large playground for kids. NEW Internet as of July 2018!
