Svaka soba ima zasebni klima-ure Savršeno mjesto kao baza za istraživanje svih povijesnih spomenika, izvrsnih restorana i barova. Blizu Zadarskog mosta.

Casa Ana nalazi se u blizini centra grada u mirnom parku s besplatnim parkingom. Objekt se sastoji od spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom te spavaće sobe s odvojenim krevetima. Izvrsno opremljena kuhinja sadrži perilicu posuđa, mikrovalnu pećnicu, aparat za kavu, toster i druge aparate. The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.
