Only a staircase are common to all tenants and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh. After a lovely walk by the sea and marine near by, you can have some quality sleep in our 2 large bedrooms, on a comfortable king size beds. You can also hang out in a beautiful living room with a cozy couch and ambilight TV and have a rest after a nice shower. During season, the Old Town is very crowded and full of life almost 24/7, which makes our location just perfect.

All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range.
