You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. Quaint cottage style 2 bedroom home located in the downtown area of Decatur IN. This home has a master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed that sleeps 2. Blackout curtains and vintage cottage decor. The second bedroom has two plush twin beds that with advanced noticed can be pushed together to make a King bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Come enjoy the wide open country space in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
