The family room (39 sqm; first floor; facing the courtyard - without a view of the train!) consists of two rooms, each with its own bathroom and two entrances to the balcony. The smaller, 14 square meter room with the 1.40 m wide, made-up bed is separated from the larger room by a lockable connecting door. There is also a small fridge here. In the larger of the two rooms (bed width: 1.80 m; beds made) there is a kitchenette with two hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cookware and cutlery. There is an extendable dining table with two chairs and a bench. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV, a small table and two armchairs. The bathrooms have a shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, make-up mirror and liquid hand soap. In the bathroom of the larger room there is also a towel radiator.

The large holiday apartment (41 sqm; ground floor, street side with a view of the railway) has a kitchen-cum-living room with kitchenette (oven, four hobs, fridge - without freezer, sink) with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cookware and cutlery. Two consecutive bedrooms (bed width room 1: 1.60 m; bed width room 2: 1.40 m) lead off from this, both of which have access to the shared bathroom (with shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, hand soap and make-up mirror). All three rooms have a flat screen TV.

This room unit on the first floor (heading to the yard - with a balcony, but without a view to the railwaytrack) consists of two rooms: a living room and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet. In the living room a sofa bed can be used as a berth for one adult or two children. There are two armchairs, a small refrigerator and a small bottle of water (0,5 l). The double bed is 180 cm x 200 cm, the sofa bed 125 cm x 200 cm and the total size of the apartment is 24 square meters.

Our premium apartment has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and dining table. From the eat-in kitchen you enter the bedroom (bed width 1.80 m and sofa bed) and the living room with living area (can also be used as a sofa bed). From there you can also access the bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Hand soap and make-up mirror. You will find a flat-screen TV in the eat-in kitchen with seating area and in the living room.

Doppelzimmer mit Bahnblick (PensionErzgebirgsbahn)

Like all our rooms, the double rooms with train view are named after writers. The texts are available to read in the rooms along with a biography of the author. In the room there is a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a small table and two armchairs, a small fridge and a small bottle of water (0.5 l). In the bathroom there are towels, a make-up mirror, cosmetic tissues, a hairdryer and liquid hand soap.

Менша однокімнатна кімната (Erzgebirgsbahn)

У меншій однокімнатній кімнаті (10 кв. м; перший поверх, бік двору - без краєвиду на залізницю!) є розкладне односпальне ліжко (90 х 200 см), крісло, невеликий стіл з невеликою пляшкою води, невеликий холодильник, телевізор з плоским екраном та зона для миття з феном, дзеркало для макіяжу, рідке мило для рук та салфетки для обличчя. Душ і унітаз відділені від решти кімнати розкладними дверима.

Більший однокімнатний номер (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The larger single room (13 sqm; ground floor; facing the courtyard - without a view of the railway!) has a made-up single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a desk with a small bottle of water (0.5 l), an armchair, a small table, a small refrigerator, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet, heated towel rail, towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, hand soap and facial tissues.

Пансіон U Martina був відремонтований у 2021 році. Він тихо розташований недалеко від центру, в 3 хвилинах ходьби від залізничного вокзалу та в 15 хвилинах від спа-колоннади. У нас є 4 ліжка, 3 ліжка та 3 двоспальні кімнати. Оснащена спільною кухнею та двома спільними ванними кімнатами з туалетом. Великий гостьовий будинок і паркувальне місце охороняються системою камер.

Gasthaus Talsperre (Eibenstock)

Our cozy double room (13m²) with a large window front contains everything you need: a double bed (2mx1.8m incl. bed linen, beds cannot be separated), closet, a small table, 2 chairs, wardrobe and TV. The 4m² bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, towels and toilet paper. The room is located on the 2nd floor.

Kleine Ferienwohnung (Erzgebirgsbahn)

Невеликі апартаменти площею 35 кв. м мають спальню, ванну кімнату, коридор з міні-кухнею та вітальню з обідньою зоною та розкладним диваном-ліжком. З вітальні ви входите на балкон, захищений від вітру. Кухня повністю обладнана. У обідній зоні також є невелика духовка. У ванній кімнаті є душ/ туалет.

Двомісний номер 14 (пансіон «Вальдхаус»)

Ця спальня розташована на першому поверсі. Кімната з двоспальним ліжком, включаючи душ і туалет. Окрема зона відпочинку з 2 стільцями, столом та диваном, де можна сидіти, відпочивати та дивитися телевізор. За необхідності диван можна перетворити на ліжко до 2 осіб.
