You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. Relax with the whole family, plan an ice fishing trip with your buddies, or enjoy the lake between clinic appointments. Large lawn with 160ft lake front perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing by the water. Full kitchen, laundry, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and twin bunkbeds in the main house. A second, separate building referred to as the "Bunkhouse" features 3 double beds upstairs and a 2 double beds in the lower level. Within 20 minutes of the Mayo Clinic.

This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.
